All your Ziply Fiber account management tools have been consolidated and are now conveniently accessible in one place: view and pay your bill, set up autopay and paperless billing, manage your account and profile information, and receive professional support through live chat.

Security: You can now securely manage almost all your personal account details within the app using 2-factor authentication.

Consistency: Anticipate a uniform design and toolset on the web version of MyAccount as we strive for seamless user experience across various devices.

Flexibility: Continuous app optimizations based on data and feedback are now possible. Your feedback is highly valued; we are attentive to your input.

Future enhancements may include: troubleshooting service issues, speed upgrades, router management, and monitoring.

• We plan to discontinue the legacy MyZiply app in early 2024; however, both apps will be supported until then.
